Podia is an all-in-one platform for selling digital downloads, courses and community access, with email marketing built in. Here’s what PLR sellers should know, based on Podia’s official pricing and digital downloads pages as of October 2026. We haven’t tested Podia ourselves.
Pricing as of October 2026
Podia’s pricing page shows three plans, with these prices when billed yearly:
- Mover: $42/month ($504/year). 5% Podia transaction fee. Up to 50 products and 100 email subscribers.
- Shaker: $84/month ($1,008/year). No transaction fee. Up to 150 products and 500 email subscribers. Adds affiliate marketing, upsells, PayPal and Zapier.
- Earthquaker: $150/month ($1,800/year). No transaction fee. Unlimited products and up to 1,000 email subscribers.
Payment processing through Stripe or PayPal is separate; Podia’s page cites 2.9% + 30¢. There’s a 14-day free trial with no card required, but no permanent free plan is described.
What it offers for digital downloads
- Upload files of up to 5GB each, with unlimited files per product.
- Deliver a free download by email, with no account needed, which works well for lead magnets.
- Bundle downloads with courses, coaching or community access.
- Let buyers add several downloads to one cart.
- Run a waitlist before a product launches.
- Use a website, blog, custom domain and sales tax handling on every plan.
Pros
- Downloads, courses, email and a website in one place.
- Free email delivery makes list-building with PLR freebies simple.
- No transaction fee from the Shaker plan up.
Cons
- Email subscriber limits are low for the price (100 on Mover).
- Mover’s 5% fee adds up as sales grow.
- Affiliates and upsells require Shaker or higher.
- The pricing page doesn’t clearly list a month-to-month price.
Who it suits
Podia fits sellers who want one tidy home for a small catalog plus a course or community, and who would rather not connect several tools. If you mainly sell many low-priced files, compare it with download-first options like those in our Payhip vs Gumroad comparison. And if your list will grow fast, check whether a separate email service would be cheaper.
