Systeme.io pitches itself as an all-in-one platform: funnels, email, courses, a blog and a store in one account, with a free plan that never expires. For PLR sellers who are tired of paying for several separate tools, that’s an appealing promise. Here’s an overview based on Systeme.io’s own pricing and features pages. We haven’t tested it hands-on; prices are as of October 2026.
Plans and pricing
- Free: $0, with 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 blog, 1 course, 1 affiliate program and 1 custom domain. No credit card required.
- Startup: $17/month, with 5,000 contacts, unlimited funnels and 5 courses.
- Webinar: $47/month, with 10,000 contacts.
- Unlimited: $97/month, with unlimited contacts.
Systeme.io says annual billing gives you two months free, unlimited emails on every plan, and 0% transaction fees, with payments processed through Stripe or PayPal. Their normal processing fees still apply.
Features that matter for digital products
- A drag-and-drop funnel builder with checkout pages, one-click upsells and order bumps.
- Email broadcasts, automated sequences, tags and segmentation, with purchases able to trigger sequences.
- A course builder with video lessons, PDF downloads and drip scheduling.
- A built-in affiliate program with custom commission rates, included on the free plan.
- A simple creator store page you can link from your social profiles.
Pros
- A genuinely usable free plan that covers email, a funnel and a course.
- No platform transaction fees on any plan.
- Fewer tools to connect, which means fewer things to break.
Cons
- All-in-one tools rarely match specialist tools in every area; compare the email editor and store with what you use now.
- You’re building your list, funnels and courses on one platform, which makes switching later more work.
- The pricing page doesn’t spell out every limit, such as file size for downloads, so check the help center for anything you depend on.
Who it suits
Systeme.io makes the most sense for sellers who are just starting out or who want funnels, email and a course area without stitching together several subscriptions. If you mainly sell single downloads on a marketplace, a simpler store such as Payhip or Etsy may be all you need.
